Jump Skills Camp

Collie dog jumping
The jump is the obstacle your dog will complete the most on any course!
This camp is designed to help young dogs build great jumping mechanics or improve a competing dog’s ability to be able to see and read different stride and jumping challenges ahead. The exercises covering, straight, slice and bend lines, will better prepare the dog to accomplish them with efficiency and ultimately at speed on course.
Jumping grids are a great way of creating the correct muscle memory for clean jumping and can help as part of maintenance of muscle and core strength.
Gridwork gives you the chance to improve and reward your dog’s jumping efforts.

The camp begins with a lecture which provides full explanations and videos of the grids covered over the two days. This enables each handler to move into working sessions ready with points to identify in their own dogs and the ability to be able to help progress skills at home.

There is a total of 9 hours of working sessions with dogs and Q&A to round up.
